Our mission is to provide quality Health Care including private duties, nursing services and home health care to children and the elderly.We offer home health care in a patient's home, assisted living facility or retirement center.

  • Below is a summary of a Bill of Rights that was adopted by the U.S. Advisory Commission on Consumer Protection and Quality in the Health Care Industry in 1998. This Bill of Rights is now the Mantra for how ABA and its staffs provide their services.

    You have the right to accurate and easily-understood information about your health plan, health care professionals, and health care facilities.
  • Choice of Providers and Plans:
    You have the right to a choice of health care providers who can give you high-quality health care when you need it.
  • Access to Emergency Services:
    If you have severe pain, an injury, or sudden illness that you believe is life threatening, you have the right to use emergency services.
  • Participation in Treatment Decisions:
    You have the right to know your treatment options and to take part in decisions about your care or to designate the responsibility to some one else.
  • Respect and Non-discrimination:
    You have a right to considerate, respectful care; free from any kind of discrimination from your health care providers.
  • Confidentiality of Health Information:
    You have the right to privacy regarding all aspects of your health care needs including your medical records, privacy with your health care providers and accuracy in your medical records and bills.
  • Complaints and Appeals:
    You have the right to a fair, fast, and objective review of any complaint you have against any of your health care providers.

Staff Communication

Our staff is in constant communication with your Primary Care Physician and your Pharmacist for updates on your medications and your other health care needs.
